When you place an order or join the drop list we collect the details you give us — name, email, shipping address and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

To process and ship your order, to answer your messages, and — only if you opt in — to tell you when a drop is coming. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, and analytics cookies to understand which pieces people look at. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to get an order to you: our payment provider, our shipping courier, and our email platform. Each is bound by its own data agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell drop-list members by email.
